About me

I have been practicing yoga for 26 years through 2 pregnancies and through some life changing events. My personal practice and attendance at a regular yoga class has helped me to remain focused and grounded no matter what life has thrown my way. My love of yoga has led me to studying to be a teacher with the British wheel of yoga.
